Pension Tracing Service
UK workers have lost track of up to 1.6 million workplace pensions, according to Unbiased — could one of those lost pensions be yours?
The Government's Pension Tracing Service can help put you back in touch with pensions you may have built up with previous employer. And the best bit is that it's completely free to use.
Pensions Ombudsman
We hope you'll never feel you need to complain about the way that the LRSFA is run, but if you have a complaint that you haven't been able to resolve through our internal dispute resolution process, you can contact the Pensions Ombudsman. The Ombudsman then investigates and decides the outcome of your complaint or dispute.
The Pensions Regulator
The Pensions Regulator is a public body that regulates work-based pension schemes in the UK. It makes sure that employers, trustees and others fulfil their duties to scheme members and may intervene to help protect members' benefits if someone responsible for the scheme has failed in their duties.
